You're Invited - to gather and share knowledge!

The Vermont Farm Show has the opportunity to offer meeting, teaching, and learning spaces during the 2027 Show. 

We are looking to hear from:

• producer associations that wish to hold a meeting during the show for its members during the show
• individuals and organizations that wish to offer an educational workshop during the show
• agencies that want to share important information through providing a presentation during the show
• and others who may have an interesting educational offering perfect for one of the 2027 Show meeting rooms

Room space is limited and space will be scheduled as applications are received. 

There is no fee for offering educational workshops, presentations, and demonstrations. We are eager to welcome a diverse schedule of activities for attendees to participate in and enjoy.

Fees for Reserving Room Space for Association Meetings:

Half Day (9am-12pm or 12:30pm-4pm): $100
Full Day (9am-4pm): $200
Up to Two (2) Hours: $50
